Gather mobs during during the not cold phase and move to an oculus ring to dps in the cold cycle. You need to make bigger pulls with this build as well to proc area damage and to pierce more which will add damage. An example of this is leading a pack of elites into a tight area because both the twister and snowball benefit from bouncing off the walls. While pushing you also want to play with the seasonal theme, it can help you kill elites which this build struggles with. A lot of your toughness is just healing a bunch through simplicities strength and gloom. I would use a non-ancient with all-res and a 190%+ affix over the primal.įor skills, I definitely prefer focused mind over companion to maintain perma gloom.

All res would give you much more toughness as well on the belt. Life regen is a dead stat, you want area damage on your gloves.

In fact, I'd use a normal amulet with no affix over that flavor if the normal amulet had cold/crit/crit.įor armor, your gloves, belt and shoulder are less than optimal. I'd look to replace all of them as soon as possible (even the primal flavor, remember primal doesn't mean good). I don't recomment CDR on rings, on jewelry you want pure offense stats like AD/crit/crit on rings and cold/crit/crit on amulet. Your jewelry is in dire need of an upgrade as well. ideally you take it on one weapon, shoulder and flavor of time for a total of 40% to maintain perma-FOK as well. In terms of CDR, to have perma vengeance, you need 3 rolls. Preferably you'd have at least 150 or even 170 by rolling it on your rings as well. I'd recommend a minimum of 130% which you can get by rolling Area damage on gloves, shoulder and both weapons. It's really important to roll area damage on both weapons. Remember that Area damage is the most important stat after you have enough cooldown reduction to maintain perma vengeance. Percent damage is also not very good when dual wielding because it is only half as effective because attacks alernate weapons. The damage roll on the dawn is also extremely low, you want as close to 1700 as possible. Resource cost is useless as is strafe damage. For one, both of your weapons could use an upgrade.
